Can I change or cancel my order after completing payment?

Unfortunately, orders can usually no longer be changed or cancelled, because they are processed automatically in our system within just a few minutes. If you still want to adjust something, such as the delivery address or the product ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at support-uk@speedcomfort.com. We’re happy to check what’s still possible. If your order has already been shipped, or if you want to cancel an incorrect product, you can return your package free of charge if you live in: The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Austria or Luxembourg.
