I haven't received a confirmation email for my order. What should I do?
Normally, you’ll receive a confirmation email within a few minutes after placing your order. If you haven’t received one, please first check your spam or junk mail folder — sometimes the message ends up there. If it’s not there either, it’s possible that there was a typo in your email address or that your payment didn’t go through. In that case, please contact us at support-uk@speedcomfort.com. Include your name, order amount and the approximate time of purchase so we can quickly locate your order.
